Good morning all!! Starting to feel left out so I thought I would say HELLO...My fitness quest starts in earnest on January 2nd. My brother Johnny is an "ex-bodybuilder" and is writing a diet /exercise plan for Tim and I...no alcohol, so that should be interesting on many levels. For now, it's GLUTEN FREE all the time and good food Monday thru Friday...lots of salad, chicken, fruit, low carb high veggie...chow for now!
