Getting started...

For those of you wondering where this is coming from, last weekend sitting around momma's house, several of us decided it would be encouraging to have a spot to share how each of us moves in an attempt to stay sane and fit. This blog can also be used to share recipes that are yummy and healthy!

Since then, Uncle Timmy has already shared his 2 mile runs--he has already improved his time in only 2 days! Sebastian and I had an hour long dance off! Mom ran 26 mail boxes while walking the dogs!!
