Justin and I jogged...well i'm not sure how far...my watch said 2.65mi, but i haven't re-calibrated it since my surgery so i'm guessing it was probably closer to 2miles maybe less. We stopped to do the old wooden beam exercise stations along the way (you know the things i'm talkin about? like from the 80s or something), which broke up the jog and made it a bit more interesting. Chin ups are WAY more difficult than i remember.
