My nose is running

Hi most wonderful family, my nose is running buckets of, you guessed it...I did get on the tread mill yesterday for 20 minutes because I threw my back out from coughing I think. I hate being sick, especially over Christmas break. Finally starting to feel better and can't wait to see my family today:-)
