Had a bad day on Saturday...I think I really "over-trained" this week...we went to the gym then Sam's, grocery store and a few othere errands, put everything away and FELL ASLEEP in the middle of the day...i havent' done that in years...got up long enough to eat dinner and fell back asleep till morning!! Took Sunday and Monday off then tonight I did the 1/2 cardio circuit on the treadmill, legs & abs...much better.
Jogging a mile every morning with the dogs.
