Still movin...

Sorry for not updating, work has taken an unexpected turn for the worse but that ain't stoppin me!!!  Johnny and I are working out 5 day a week, weights and abs.  I finally was able to run again after my first workout 2 weeks ago, legs, you can fill in the blanks.  Managed 1.5 miles yesterday, going for 2 today!  FYI - Johnny's silly diet is borig but no where near as bd as I thought...I have lost 11 lb. since Jan 3rd, only 45 more to gooooooooooo........

Juliann....if I can give up BEER, you should be able to control your diet!  Come on, just do it!!!
